Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski called for an urgent Black Sea ceasefire to protect grain shipments from Ukraine and Russia. He said Moscow should not regain access to European energy markets without a fair end to its invasion. Sikorski also rejected any peace process that excludes Kyiv or Europe, according to Kyiv Post.
