Virginia and the District of Columbia have sued over President Trump's proposed arch, joining two other lawsuits seeking to halt work. The monument would rise 250 feet on a patch of grass off the bridge spanning the Potomac River, connecting the city with Arlington National Cemetery. The government wants work to begin. PBS NewsHour reported there are now three lawsuits calling for a halt to potential work on the project.
