The Verge reported that Flock Safety has ignored requests from cities trying to cancel their contracts. Plymouth, Minnesota's city council voted in September to terminate its contract, but the company did not respond to the city's requests. The cameras stayed up for more than a month before Police Chief Eric Fadden physically disconnected them. The report notes that more cities are canceling Flock contracts, and many are finding the process difficult.
