A Russian oil refinery in Kstovo was reported ablaze after an overnight drone strike on the night of 31 October to 1 November 2026, according to The Kyiv Independent. The facility, operated by NORSI, has been targeted by Ukraine several times. A confirmed strike on Aug. 26 sparked a large fire and led NORSI to suspend operations because of the damage it sustained. Details on the latest damage and any casualties were not yet available.
