Russian attacks on energy infrastructure left more than 650 settlements in Zhytomyr region without electricity on 1 November 2026. Ukrainska Pravda also reported damage to infrastructure in six Kyiv Oblast districts, and Ukrinform reported that nearly 100,000 consumers in Dnipropetrovsk region were still without power. Ukrinform reported that a large-scale Russian attack on Vinnytsia Oblast hit energy facilities and a mobile phone mast, and damaged apartment block windows. Separately, Ukrinform reported that debris from Russian drones damaged power lines, an educational facility and agricultural warehouses in Kirovohrad region.
