Russia extended its commercial diesel export ban through January 2027 while exempting designated suppliers under a deal struck with US President Donald Trump, Kyiv Post reported. Moscow plans to export about 2.15 million metric tons of diesel in November, up from 510,000 tons in October. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak acknowledged that four loaded tankers recently left Baltic ports for Turkey and Brazil, but conceded that Ukrainian drone strikes could disrupt supplies.
