Ukrinform reported that Russian combat losses in the war against Ukraine since February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 1,590,270 personnel as of November 1, 2026. The report said 2,100 troops were killed or wounded over the past 24 hours. Ukraine's General Staff data cited by Ukrainska Pravda gave the same 2,100 figure for the past day, which Ukrinform attributes to its own count.
