GDACS issued three green earthquake alerts for the Mid-Indian Ridge on 1 November 2026, with magnitudes of 4.6 at 18:30 UTC, 5.0 at 18:34 UTC and 4.8 at 18:53 UTC. All were shallow, at a depth of about 10 km. Each alert reports no people affected within 100 km, and none reports deaths, injuries or damage.
