Russian occupation authorities have declared at least 521 hotels and holiday resorts on Ukraine's Sea of Azov coast ownerless, Ukrainska Pravda reported on 2 November 2026. At least 77 of them are already under the control of Russian businesses. The report describes the seizures as taking place in occupied territory and gives no official Russian response.
