British helicopters tracked the Russian intelligence ship Viktor Leonov as it monitored NATO's Strike Warrior exercise off the coast of Scotland, the Royal Navy said. The ship was seen near the Outer Hebrides, according to Ukrainska Pravda. The Royal Navy said the vessel was closely monitoring the drills, and the reports give no Russian response to the tracking.
