Russia and Azerbaijan have reportedly signed a military cooperation agreement covering armoured vehicle repairs, Kyiv Post reported. Moscow is also seeking to sell Pantsir-S1 air defence systems to Baku. Former Azerbaijani Deputy Defence Minister Isa Sadigov told Kyiv Post he doubts Russia would deliver the systems and warned of risks linked to closer military ties. The sources give no official confirmation from either government.
