Mario Alberto Morales, an ICE officer, turned himself in and made his first court appearance Monday on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, PBS NewsHour reported. The charge stems from striking Miguel Parra Hernandez with an unmarked SUV on October 10 in Houston.
