A dog lover and entrepreneur created Weather.pet, a weather service tailored to dogs, according to Good News Network. The app broadcasts tens of thousands of reports to users every month. The forecasts show the weather at the level of a dog's head and paws, with temperature readings for asphalt, grass and concrete, and variations by breed and body size.
