The UN World Food Programme is providing hot meals to more than 400 people who left the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky in Ukraine's Kherson region during a brief local ceasefire, UN News reported on November 2, 2026. The UN is also pushing to restore power in the area before winter, UN News reported.
