Nagoshi Studio, the NetEase-backed studio of Yakuza creator Toshiro Nagoshi, was officially dissolved on October 31 before releasing its first game, Gang of Dragon. Shareholders approved the dissolution, which was published in Japan's government gazette Kanpo, according to Gematsu as cited by GameSpot. The studio revealed Gang of Dragon less than a year ago but ran into trouble months later when NetEase pulled funding. The game is now seemingly cancelled.
