Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said on Tuesday that Iran is prepared for any eventuality while diplomatic exchanges with the United States continue through mediators. He said Tehran remains ready to defend itself against further aggression while pursuing a diplomatic solution. The remarks were carried by Tehran Times and came as Qatar and other mediators worked to bridge differences between the two sides.
