Israeli authorities uncovered a Jenin-area terror cell that tested and improved rockets, obtained explosives and received bomb-making information from abroad. Six suspects were arrested and indicted. The Jerusalem Post reported on 3 November 2026 that the suspects admitted testing and improving the rockets. Shin Bet and police said the Jenin-area residents would be charged soon.
