The judge hearing the case said he does not believe four defendants can be convicted of terror offenses or attempted arson over naval flares fired toward Netanyahu's private home. The flares were fired during an anti-government protest in November 2024. Haaretz reported that the judge urged prosecutors to drop the terror charges against the defendants.
