Microsoft released a Windows 11 update with further memory improvements for PCs with 8GB of RAM. Windows chief Pavan Davuluri said that on 8GB PCs, Windows is now up to 20 percent more responsive and multitasking is up to 40 percent faster in the company's lab tests. Microsoft had revealed last month that Windows 11 was more responsive and ran better on PCs with 8GB of RAM. The update builds on that work on memory usage.
