Russia's Transport Ministry has finished drafting a package of amendments to the traffic code that would regulate personal mobility devices, including electric scooters, electric bicycles and pit bikes. Among the proposals, two people would be barred from riding a single e-scooter and delivery couriers would be prohibited from using sidewalks. The draft has not yet been adopted, and the sources do not give a timeline for its consideration.
