Ukrainian group ATESH said its agents conducted reconnaissance of military unit 85683, a radar regiment stationed at Cape Fiolent in occupied Sevastopol. The regiment detects aerial targets over the Crimean peninsula and the Black Sea and relays data to Russian air defence protecting the Black Sea Fleet. Ukrinform reported the claims, which were not independently verified in the sources provided.
