A magnitude 4.7 earthquake struck Russia at 03:13 UTC on 3 November 2026, at a depth of about 75.58 km, according to GDACS Disaster Alerts. GDACS rated the event a green alert, its lowest level, and estimated that about 250 thousand people live within 100 km of the epicentre. No deaths, injuries or damage are reported in the alert, and it gives no more detail on the location within Russia.
