France 24 reported that Brazil is closely following the US midterm elections. Relations between Brasilia and Washington have grown tense since Donald Trump returned to the White House. The report said aggressive US trade policies have subjected Brazilian imports to some of the steepest tariffs globally, adding to friction between the two governments.
