Patients in France are finding it increasingly difficult to get appointments with dermatologists as demand grows. About 200,000 skin cancers are diagnosed in France each year, and half of the country's dermatologists are nearing retirement. Only around 100 new specialists are trained each year, and some doctors are developing new solutions to ease the shortage, France 24 reported.
