A US District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that Arnold and Frimet Roth, parents of 15-year-old Malka Roth, may serve legal papers on Ahlam Tamimi through social media. The Jerusalem Post reported the ruling on 4 November 2026. Tamimi was involved in the 2001 Sbarro restaurant bombing in Jerusalem, and the Roths are pursuing a civil lawsuit against her. The ruling allows service through the X platform, where she is reachable.
