The UK Supreme Court is set to begin a two-day hearing on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, on an appeal against the ban on the Palestine Action group. The Times of Israel reported that the group's co-founder will argue that only three of its 385 actions over the past five years were assessed as meeting the definition of terrorism.
