Mossad removed the head of Caesarea, its combat unit, over disagreements with new spy chief Roman Gofman, Haaretz reported. The replacement is considered very close to Gofman, who has never served in the spy agency. The new chief has already fired around a quarter of the agency's management, which Haaretz described as a real shake-up.
