OpenAI CEO Sam Altman defended his position on PC RAM purchases on election night, changing his name on X to Ram Altman in response to a user's comment. He said he wants the world to have plenty of memory and that his remarks were taken out of context. Altman said he has long argued for the world to ramp up memory production, according to The Verge.
