Uber executives disclosed on an earnings call on November 4, 2026 that third-party AI agents arranged only four rides in the third quarter of 2026. The company said AI agents fulfilled a somewhat higher number of Uber Eats orders, around 500 during the week of Halloween, out of 320 million total Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries. It was the first time Uber has disclosed how many rides third-party AI agents arranged, according to The Verge.
