NABU and SAPO expose bribery scheme targeting senior Ukrainian law enforcement officials

Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office exposed a criminal organization accused of systematically bribing senior law enforcement officials to protect scam call centers and other illegal businesses. The operation, called Operation Carthage, also led to reports of firearm threats during searches, and the agencies are probing a possible SBU role in the case.
