The European Commission hosted talks in Brussels on November 4, 2026 with representatives of Ukraine, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and NATO. The discussions covered work on the Prosperity Plan and funding for Ukraine in 2027, as well as efforts to end Russia's war.
