Egiategia, a wine cellar on the ocean floor near Ciboure in southwestern France, has been fermenting wine underwater since 2012. It is marked by a yellow buoy near the breakwater off Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The site's Basque name is a play on words that roughly translates as true warehouse or workshop. Atlas Obscura described it as a remarkable, little-known attraction for visitors to the resort town.
