Norway released thousands of previously hidden documents on the Oslo negotiations between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization, The Jerusalem Post reported on 5 November. One document reviewed by the Post, by an unidentified author, proposed addressing disagreements over terrorism through a joint declaration condemning future acts. The Post has reviewed only part of the archive so far. Further material may shed light on how the 1990s talks handled security questions.
