A UK government lawyer defended in Britain's Supreme Court the proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation. The lawyer insisted the group was not a non-violent protest group. Palestine Action was proscribed in July 2025 after protests targeting a UK military site and defence contractors. Co-founder Huda Ammori brought the legal challenge to the Supreme Court.
