In a displacement camp in Khan Younis, former engineering student Kamal Al-Dabary is building wind turbines from scrap metal and salvaged debris to give power to displaced families. The turbines charge phones and run lights and fans for people living in tents, most of whom have no access to Gaza's shattered power grid.
