Researchers describe Infernogallus jamesi, an ancient dinosaur whose beak and mouth adaptations suggest it could mash soft foods. Smithsonian Magazine reports it probably ate fruits resembling modern cherries and peaches. The dinosaur may have helped spread seeds through its droppings. The finding suggests a fruit-eating lifestyle in the Cretaceous.
