Ukrainian drones struck a major oil refinery and a Wildberries logistics hub in Ryazan, Russia, overnight into November 5, 2026, starting fires at both sites. The refinery produces aviation fuel and diesel for the Russian military. Kyiv Post reported that power lines were damaged, causing outages in parts of Ryazan and injuring one person, and that Rostov and Voronezh regions also came under drone attack, where Russian authorities claimed nearly 100 aerial targets were intercepted or destroyed.
