Kentucky Republican Representative Thomas Massie plans to trigger a House vote to impeach Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth next week, Ukrainska Pravda reported, citing CNN. Massie accuses Hegseth of escalating the Iran conflict without an exit strategy. The report does not say whether the vote would succeed. The effort is largely a US domestic matter with only indirect relevance to the Ukraine war.
