A pro-war Russian blogger, Vladimir Romanov, posted that only four buses of Oleshky residents had left for Russia during the ceasefire, against 17 buses bound for Ukrainian territory, then deleted the post and stopped posting. Other Russian milbloggers reported he could face criminal charges, but his alleged detention remains unconfirmed. The Moscow Times and Kyiv Post reported the post and disappearance. Ukraine also alleged that the Melania Trump-brokered ceasefire around Oleshky let Russian forces rotate troops and move ammunition and vehicles, and Sky News footage and Russian milbloggers appeared to corroborate this.
