A renewed conflict in Ethiopia has displaced thousands of civilians. After years of war and heavy budget cuts, humanitarian organisations have largely left many camps for internally displaced people, according to France 24. FRANCE 24's correspondent Tom Canetti reported that many displaced people are left without food or health care. The reports available did not specify the location of the fighting.
