Lufthansa Group said its crews will not spend overnights in Israel because of the Iran threat, according to a Jerusalem Post report on November 6. The group has canceled and resumed flights to Israel several times since the October 7, 2023 Hamas attacks. It announced in August that it would expand operations to Ben-Gurion airport.
