Palo Alto Networks is in talks to acquire Clutch, an AI agent security startup, for $500 million, according to TechCrunch. Clutch is backed by Lightspeed and SignalFire. A source told TechCrunch that Clutch was last valued at $85 million. The report did not say whether the talks have reached an agreement.
