Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said several strong candidates have declined the post of Ukraine's ambassador to the United States. President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to consider potential nominees. Sybiha said the absence of an ambassador has not affected the functioning of Ukraine's diplomatic mission in Washington.
