Ukraine's Anti-Corruption Bureau says the Russian-led Khimprom drug syndicate discussed offering a share of its criminal business to people who claimed they could influence former minister Ihor Klymenko. The aim was to prevent a ban on its synthetic drug formulas. The allegations are part of an ongoing investigation and have not been tested in court.
