Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court changed the preventive measure for Ihor Myroniuk, a former advisor to the energy minister known as Rocket, to round-the-clock house arrest. Myroniuk is implicated in the Midas corruption case and had spent nearly a year in pretrial detention before the change was ordered.
