President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian intelligence indicates Russia is preparing a new attack on energy infrastructure, bridges across the Dnipro River and civilian facilities. He urged partners not to delay Patriot interceptor deliveries and told residents to heed air raid alerts. Zelensky also said Ukraine would continue its strikes on Russian oil refineries in response to attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities, and that it had already determined its next retaliatory measures.
