A Russian attack on an energy infrastructure facility in Zhytomyr on November 6 damaged equipment and worsened electricity supply in Kyiv. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said water pressure in the capital's supply system also decreased. Kyivvodokanal switched some stations to generators where possible, and repair crews were assessing the damage in Zhytomyr, according to the regional military administration.
