A US judge ordered a two-week halt to construction on President Donald Trump's triumphal arch project in Washington, days after a federal panel approved the plans. Deutsche Welle reported the order on 6 November. The federal panel approved the arch plans in an 8-4 vote. The temporary block gives the court time to consider the challenge before construction can resume.
