The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a criminal complaint with the Dutch National Public Prosecutor's Office on 4 November against a former US-Israeli soldier. The complaint names Noam Himmelman, a former member of the Israeli army, and accuses him of involvement in attacks on schools sheltering displaced Palestinians, mass detentions and the destruction of residential buildings in Gaza. The complaint was reported while Himmelman was visiting the Netherlands. The allegations have not been tested in court, and no charges had been announced in the reports reviewed.
