The New York Times reported that China's Ministry of State Security recruited Megaspeed executive Alice Huang to spy on Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. The aim was to learn about American AI chips and potentially influence Nvidia to make its most advanced chips available to China. Megaspeed is an Nvidia customer. Separately, Ars Technica reported $11.4M of Nvidia hardware vanished between Oakland and Texas with no arrests.
